Register for the Freedom Technology Email Seminar

If you have a question, the first place you should visit is the Frequently Asked Questions - as you might guess, these are the questions most often asked by anyone contacting us, and chances are good your question, or something similar to your question, will be there. 

If your question isn't answered there, please visit our forum, where you'll find a truly supportive and active community (including us) willing to answer any question you may have.  This is by far the quickest way to receive a response, since we check the Forum more frequently than we do emails.  We do this to ensure that the standard of posts remain high, for the enjoyment of future visitors.

Please be considerate before sending an email.  We receive a ton of mail, and sometimes cannot respond as quickly as you might expect.

OK, so you still want to contact us?

There are a few pointers which, if followed, will improve your chances of getting a response.

1. Be nice!  While we're not suggesting you would do it, some people write demanding an answer.  Please bear in mind that the site is a labor of love performed performed by a small group of individuals.  So an email will sometimes go unanswered for a few days.

2. If you are querying something on the site, please quote the exact text and ideally include the URL (www...) to which you refer.

3. If you wish to point out any inaccuracies, (which we hope you will take the time to do), please provide a source for your information.  We take our research very seriously and will only change something on the site or in the emails if it can be independently verified.

To contact us, please complete and submit the fields on our Support Form (opens in a new window).  A ticket will be created so that we do not lose the details of your query.  Please remember to choose 'Freedom Technology' from the Department Drop Down list - this will ensure that your query is correctly allocated to the experts who can answer your question quickly and efficiently.
